2 Corinthians 5: 17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old is gone, the new is here!

Well 2021 is here a brand new and fresh year. 2020 may have had a lot of disappointments, disasters and heartache. But the great thing is that we don't have to let the hurts or failures of the past dictate our future. 

While some of the hardships of 2020 and "the rona" may linger the new year gives us the chance to start things fresh. In many ways the hardships of 2020 have brought clarity to the things that we value. For some of us we've gained a new appreciation for our freedom as Americans, for others it may be the fellowship we have with friends and family. 

As things start to get "back to normal" let us not forget the lessons we've learned in the previous year and not lose focus of the things that are truly important to us.
